Sessions and Fees
Initial Session
I offer a free initial session via telephone or zoom, which will give us the opportunity to discuss what brought you to counselling and to give me a chance to take a bit of background information. This will give you a feel of what counselling involves and whether you will feel comfortable talking to me. We con then consider whether we con work together.
Fees
£ 45 Individual Session
£ 60 for Couples
Location
Sessions are held in my counselling room in Southsea PO4. I can offer telephone counselling or Zoom Sessions. There should be parking on the local street, however if your session falls between 12-1pm or 6-7 pm the street is permit parking only and so you may need to park a little closer towards the seafront. Easter Parade has an unpermitted area, on Prince Albert Road just off Highland Road, which are all within 5 minutes walk.
Sessions
Sessions are 50 minutes in length and can be weekly if you like a regular slot, fortnightly or monthly depending on your need or finances. Payment is due 24 hours before a session, cancellation of a session requires 24 hours' notice before the session time, otherwise, the fee remains payable.
